Cooking: I can't wait until I'm married. Sure it's a weird thing to say, and especially for people to read, but I just can't wait. Christi and I put together one top notch meal today in under and hour. Don't believe me? Just ask our food critics Adam and Jenni. The menu: Garlic Parmesan Potatoes, Homemade Mac & Cheese, and Marinated Teriyaki Rib Eyes (steaks are courtesy of Erich and Joyce as usual). The meal was phenomenal. I love being in the kitchen with Christi just cookin', it's fun and relaxin'. So I'm in a huge cookin' mood now, so if you are in town, or have any suggestions, you better stop by the 436 and let me know.
