Take off your helmet and go whackin'

Everyone gets a thrill every week during the baseball season when brawls break out. In the fighting world, I'm not sure if there is anything more exciting watching the bullpen sprint in to get in on the action. Hockey seems to have fights every 5 minutes. If they didn't, it'd be really tough for people to watch it. Sports fans even got a treat when the Pacers visited Detroit last year.

But it's rare, very rare to see football players get in a tussle. So, we were blessed that the great University of Miami (FL) was able to just let loose and give people like me something to blog about. There's nothing like getting in a brawl with the Florida International Golden Panthers. Yes, the national champions, 5 years removed, began to tussle with the 0-7 Golden Panthers. They got in a fight with a team who's mascot is the Golden Panthers.



Nice work Miami. The best is that when it's all over, they raise their helmets in the air as if they have won some ultimate battle.
