I'm not sure if I've been naughty or nice this year, but I figure leaving home brew out for the big guy can't be a bad thing.

I really didn't plan it, but this newest brew was ready to be first tried on Christmas Eve. The latest is a clone of Nutcracker Ale from Boulevard Brewing Company (shout out to my Midwest roots this time of year). I hit all of my numbers really well for this brew as evident that I was only off 0.1% for the ABV. The taste is pretty spot on as well, so I really can't wait for this one to age up for another week or two.
