I remember after my second year of coaching legion ball in Seward, I called up my dad and told him that was far tougher than I had ever thought it was going to be. There is a lot more that goes into it besides just putting some names down on a roster so you can have 9 guys out on the field playing at the same time. This brings me to tonight:

Greg was kind enough to have us over at his place to discuss the spring roster for our club team with a couple of other coaches and players. We figured we are going to take 22 guys on the roster this year, and we had the first 21 down in pen in about 5-10 minutes. The last roster spot took the next 4 hours to figure out. We FINALLY got done, and have a 22 man tentative roster for next spring. I really can't digress into it anymore, because the roster isn't posted yet, and I said I would do it later on tonight.
